- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. Exchanges
