  • The product must be unused and free from damage caused by customer mishandling.
  • Non-returnable items include gift cards, sale items, personalized products, and perishable goods.

2. Return Procedure

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  • Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the returned product.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

5. Exchanges

  • Products can be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.
